The hammam is a long-standing tradition of cleansing with heat and water. A short guide for first-timers:

What to bring

A peshtemal, towel and slippers are provided. You may want spare underwear and your own hair care products.

How the ritual unfolds

  1. 10–15 minutes warming up on the marble
  2. Kese scrub
  3. Foam wash and rinse
  4. Water and herbal tea in the rest area

Who should take care

High heat is not right for everyone. If you are pregnant or have blood pressure or heart and circulation concerns, consult your doctor first and mention it in your booking note.
